What is Peace and Pilates?

You've heard of yoga and meditation - but perhaps worried you weren't 'bendy' enough? Peace and Pilates blends gentle mindful and embodied movement, based on pilates - but suitable for all, with soothing meditation and the connection of a women's circle of support.

Offered once a month, on a weekend at venues across west Berkshire, it aims to help you add an 'mmm' to your day.

It brings together expertise from Pilates and Mindful Movement instructor Liisa Carey with soothing support of Meditation Teacher and reiki master Judy, founder of BalanceTime.
