10-1 Breathe - Relax - Refocus: Feel like you have lost your spark? Stress and anxiety getting you down - and keeping you awake a night?This workshop and mini retreat will help you to escape from day-to-day pressures and explore practical mindfulness meditation techniques to rejuvenate body and mind. £50 including refreshments.

2-5 Inspire and Shine: This workshop and mini retreat will help you to gain inspiration through a series of fascinating talks and practical exercises to help you to reconnect with your creative self and inner space of calm and reflection. Includes talk and demonstration of the impact of smell on our sense of wellbeing - exploring aromatherapy. Plus one ten-minute mini treatment as part of your afternoon's relaxation. With meditations to boost your wellbeing  and inspire you - helping you to dream big and make magic happen! £50 including one mini treatment.

60-minute and Two Hour Holidays 

Explore a meditation mini break with our one and two hour holiday experiences.  These help you to get away from it all using the power of your mind to explore calming destinations.  A deeply relaxing and playful experience with tastes of holiday, props to inspire happy holiday memories and practical meditations to explore in your class.

To help you wash away stress and anxiety, we help you to explore a range of mindfulness meditation techniques - including:
  • guided visualisations for positive thinking and calm, 
  • stress reducing breathing and positive mantras 
  • alongside the re-balancing and healing exploration of reiki. 

BalanceTime welcomes special guest Shelley Gore from Experience Reiki alongside your meditation teacher Judy Claughton to help you to experience a delicious sense of calm and serenity.

What is reiki?
Reiki is a way of activating, directing and applying natural energy for the promotion of health, healing, balance and wholeness. The practitioner uses light touch to the head and shoulders and feet in order to induce a deep sense of relaxation, which aims to aid the body’s natural ability to rest and heal.

Coupled with BalanceTime’s mix of meditation techniques, reiki meditation offers a very magical, calming, re-balancing and relaxed experience. Price includes refreshments and a relaxation themed mini gift to take home.

Theale Wellbeing Centre is in the heart of Theale village just off junction 12 of the M4 with easy access from Reading, Burghfield, Bradfield and surrounding villages. BalanceTime mindfulness meditation classes run from the centre most Tuesday evenings - with new day-time classes starting this Summer and special events at weekends throughout the year. Floating Point, Pangbourne is an oasis of calm in the centre of Pangbourne village just minutes from Reading with easy access from Goring, Whitchurch, Tidmarsh and Tilehurst, Upper Basildon and surrounding villages. Their relaxing yoga and meditation studio hosts BalanceTime mindfulness meditation classes almost every Thursday evening from 8-9pm and look out for our regular weekend workshops and day-time classes coming this Summer.
