What is reiki?
Reiki is a way of activating, directing and applying natural energy for the promotion of health, healing, balance and wholeness. The practitioner uses light touch to the head and shoulders and feet in order to induce a deep sense of relaxation, which aims to aid the body’s natural ability to rest and heal.
Coupled with BalanceTime’s mix of meditation techniques, reiki meditation offers a very magical, calming, re-balancing and relaxed experience. Price includes refreshments and a relaxation themed mini gift to take home.
