    Finding it hard to find time to meditate or be mindful? BalanceTime daily tips help you to take micro moments of calm throughout your day and introduce quick and easy ways to breathe calm into your daily routine and see the difference this can make to your day.

    You can find our daily tips for free by following us on Facebook.  Every corporate meditation class booked  is offered bespoke daily tips direct to every member of staff who would like them - helping them find mini moments of calm every day.

    Mindful Coaching

    For individuals grappling with high levels of stress for a range of reasons - one-to-one intervention can help both them and their wider team. Teaching a range of techniques, one-to-one mindfulness meditation coaching can be offered to help specific problems like anxiety, trouble sleeping or worries and anger at work.  

    You can focus on the exercises that you find most comfortable (or you may choose to work on more challenging exercises to shift bad habits or negative thoughts). One-to-one mindfulness meditation coaching offers this support in a safe, comfortable and confidential environment – where you can ask questions and get answers specific to your challenges. Delivered face-to-face or remotely using a range of online options.

    LUNCH TIME CHILL

    This workshop series helps you take the ultimate 'power nap' in the middle of your day - to help you refocus for the afternoon and enjoy switching off for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Described by some of our customers as ' a massage for the mind' this small group workshop helps you discover ways to 'reboot' and find more energy for the rest of the day.

    Delivered either through live group events or via remote online sessions using software such as Zoom.  These give you a tailored meditation experience you can access from virtually anywhere.
