Being pregnant for the first time, I was feeling very anxious about labour.
I'd used meditation before (using an app) but never really 'got it'. The remote guided meditation sessions I did with Judy were excellent - the fact we could do this at a time to suit me and I could do this from a meeting room at work, at home, etc meant I never missed an appointment.
I left every session feeling calm and kept a lasting feeling of peace in the days ahead. I even used the techniques when labour started and they really worked to keep me calm!! I attended the 2 hour holiday as a complete mindfulness and meditation novice, I was a bit nervous and I'll admit quite sceptical about whether it could help me with my anxiety.
